Hand and Stone

Everytime I go I leave relaxed. I like how the therapist picks up on the amount of talking you would like to do during the service and how polite and courteous they are during and after.

This location is very clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Good Evening I was highly satisfied with my facial for the following reasons: 1) I was able to schedule and do all intake forms necessary online. 2) Once I arrived I was greeted very nicely by the reception staff. 3) I was called back withing 2 minutes of my appointment time scheduled. 4) For the money spent, I feel my facial was extremely good. My esthetician, Erin has great ability and her confidence translated into a great experience for me. I have paid considerably more for facials elsewhere and I don't feel that they were executed any better than the treatment Erin provided. She is also very effecient and is providing hands on care for most of the time alloted...some places leave you sitting there whilst the "products work" for too long, in my opinion. 5) Although I always appreciate recommendations for facial products, I never like feeling pressured to buy them and I have NEVER felt pressure to buy them at Matthews Hand and Stone. I am made aware and then it is my choice, no pressure. 6) My only regret is that i can not schedule my appointment ahead because of my work schedule and it seems like when I have openings in my schedule, the Spa is booked...no fault of the Spa.

Karen did a super fantastic job! I will certainly ask for her on my future visits. She was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about her!

my first time bringing someone to this location and I was excited for my mom to try it out, she has been in pain and suffers from stress. She really enjoyed it and asked to be booked again. The introductory price is something to definitely take advantage of.
