I have not had a massage in 6 months and I was used to having them twice a month, so I was really tight. This massage loosened me up some.

Jamila is an awesome therapist and I really enjoy my massages with her. I had a very stressful week and was feeling worn down when I arrived for my appointment. By the time it was over, I left feeling like I'd had an entire mood adjustment and a brighter outlook. It takes a talented therapist to do that in an hour. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate them making the checkout process easy during post-massage brain time. I look forward to my appointment next month.
