Hand and Stone

The reception area was clean, beautiful and I was greeted with the friendliest staff at the desk. They made me feel comfortable right off the bat despite having never stepped foot in Hand & Stone before. I loved the ambiance and calmness I felt inside. I felt as relaxed as possible even though I was a little anxious because I'd never had a massage before and wasn't 100% sure what to expect.

It was the first time I had gotten a facial, and I loved every second of it. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience.

The waiting area and the massage room were clean and inviting. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and seemed to be intuitive to what my body needed throughout my massage.

I decided rather last minute to book a male facial and was delighted that I was able to book over the phone as I was driving. The Esthetician was absolutely amazing and took the time to discuss my skin and my goals for the treatment. Merissa was so very gently and the facial itself was not only therapeutic to my skin but, ALSO, a very relaxing experience that I would liken to a massage. I will definitely be returning to see Merrisa for skin care needs and check out some of the massage therapists as my schedule allows. The facility was squeaky clean and the quality of the therapy room finishes was very nice. I felt very safe with COVID protocols for safety were implemented. My esthetician wore a cloth face covering and a clear shield. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

My massage therapist was wonderful. I came in with my shoulder hurting and not being able to move it well. When the massage was over I had no problem moving my shoulder. It was wonderful.

I am terrible with names but the women that did my facial was awesome. She was a great conversationalist - very friendly and we had a lot in common talking about our baby boys :) and first time mama’s - she made my facial experience the best I’ve ever had! It was also great to talk to someone who is relatable to you - me being a first time mom and not getting out much due to covid ugh - thank you thank you!!
