Great first impression of the store. Receptionist very personable and helpful. Also, very patient. Eethetician was amazing (Ericka). I have already recommended her and Stone and Hand to my friends.

Everyone was nice and professional. My facial wasn't what I expected but it was a gift from someone and plus I don't have acne problems so there wasn't a need for extra services. If anything, I enjoyed relaxing and the esthetician was super nice. My massage was amazing! Honestly, I wish it was longer. I had an overall wonderful experience.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They were able to get me and my mother in on a Saturday which seemed impossible. The therapist was so kind and helpful. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable!
