They where very friendly and the place was very relaxing.

From calling to make an appointment to leaving the spa eveything went smoothly and was very efficient. My massage was wonderful and very relaxing. The spa was clean and welcoming.

It was very relaxing, during this time of staying safe, it was very calming.

I was highly satisfied as the appointment was easy to schedule. I was early for my scheduled appointment, but I was taken in for my session. The only issue I has was I thought my session was paid for before I came in and not simply just to hold my time spot.

Bri was very helpful in getting a game plan together for my facial and problem areas. Michelle was so sweet and helpful in getting me all set up for my appt and explained everything so well. The atmosphere itself was so relaxing.

The staff was nothing short of accommodating and so helpful. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My therapist was amazing to work with from her personality to her abilities, she was fantastic!

Michelle (front desk) is so very personable and a real asset to Hand & Stone, and I highly recommend Jamelia, my massage therapist. She was very professional, knowledgeable and I will certainly recommend her to my son who I gave a gift of a massage to for Christmas this year!

Massage therpist listened to my problem areas, focused in those areas and was able to make me feel alot better. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful from the time I arrived until I checked out.
