Hand and Stone

It’s hard to schedule with my favorite person. Not all the therapists are equally good. I would prefer if they were all as skilled.

All's okay but the front area always appears chaotic.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. The masseuse was able to accommodate my special needs with cancer, feeding tube and port. It was so good that I signed up for the lifestyle program and plan to return monthly. If some of the questions were marked with satisfied instead of highly satisfied it may just be that there’s always room for improvement but overall things were great.

I was very happy with the massage therapist. In the room and reception area, everybody was very nice. I have no complaints

I am, very satisfied with my experiences at Hand and Stone. Every therapist is knowledgeable and have catered to my issues.

Just moved to rock hill sc and I have to drive at least 20 mins to a hand and stone location. I also miss my esthetician in Virginia, she was amazing and gave awesome neck and shoulder massages.

Specifically noted issues with neck/upper back. Pressure points were not released. I know that it hurts but I got no relief.

Must go above and beyond for highly satisfied

my massuese was too gentle even when i asked for more pressure and didn't spend a lot of extra time if any on my problem areas and my finances massuese was far too aggressive
