Assumed products being used would be dermalogica not clarity. Wanted dermalogica since I don’t come there regularly, the facial was a treat but wanted dermalogica

Receptionist was very nice. She answered all my questions. Massage was relaxing.

I enjoyed the overall experience with Hand and Stone. I am someone that doesn’t do facial often and I kind of go sporadically. I did not like the pushiness of the sale of the products and the membership program.

I have had plenty of massages. To be satisfied is really good. I would say maybe having the full massage time would feel like I got my money's worth. Not being able to hear others talking in the next room would help too.

The staff members know my name when I walk into the door & are always positive, smiling & accommodating. Sometimes they offer me a hot beanbag to put around my neck before my spa treatment/or massage. I do think they should do that every time I come in unless I’m running late. The Massage Therapist is always kind calm confident and generally understands the pressure I need. Summer and Becca are fabulous and I always leave feeling like 1000 weights have been lifted off my shoulders. Tim has helped me and told me some stretches to do which will help my hips. I hope this is helpful information. The receptionist do need to know when they ask what type of massage each therapist is trained in doing and what they specialize in so you know whether to book with that particular therapist.. just a suggestion

I prefer when the person is more attentive while products are waiting on the skin. Many will rub shoulders or hands. Some just wait in their chair.
