I arrived 10 minutes early, but they didn’t come get me from the waiting room until 10 minutes after my appointment. At checkout, I was charged $30 extra and had to call back to get it refunded.

The receptionist did not offer any services. Nor explain what my coupons were nor does she offer any additional services

Tym did not get out the kinks in my neck/upper shoulder area where I have the most tension.

There's frequent turnover in receptionist staff as well as message therapist. When I find a therapist that I like, they often do not stay long or it is difficult to get an appointment with them because they don't have availability.

I don't feel like the extractions were very good.

The service is great and people are nice. The massage is very good if you get the right masseuse.

Upcharged during facial without discussing what I was getting was an additional charge. I had no idea until I went to checkout and reception told me the charges.

My massage therapist was wonderful, but it was very cold in the store, even under the blanket and with the heating pad. I also selected the "cranial sacral" extra when I booked my massage, which I had to wait a few weeks for availablitliy for, but then was told my massage therapist didn't do that.

I am usually satisfied.

I need a little bit more deep pressure.
