Hand and Stone

I am a member and I pay for an hour facial every month. My experience the other day from.being brought back to room to end of facial was 43 minutes. I did bring it up to reception. She apologized and offered an aromatherapy upgrade for my next service

I was satisfied with my experience.

I was hoping for some aromatherapy. I was also hoping that there were a private locker/shower room available since I was coming straight from work.

I asked for concentration on my upper back, shoulders and neck, and really recieved very little on the neck. she did spend a lot of time on my lumps, which don't bother me. I was looking for a relaxing massage and too much time wap spent doing the lumps. probably my fault though, as I didn't ask her to stop. I should have

First, let me say I really like Hand and Stone, but, I came into the spa on 09/04/23 to make an appoint for a facial, I made the appointment for 09/07/23, when I arrived at the specified appointment time, I was told I was not in the system for an appointment for that time, not even for that day. I try to schedule my appointments according to the time that I have, having said that, I had to rearrange some other appointments in order to reschedule for later in the day. I was not happy about that but I agreed to go ahead and do that. In spite of that, my facial was amazing and I will go back because of my amazing esthetician.

Amazing service as always. I did experience some back pain afterwards but nothing too severe. Michelle was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable.

The cost is high. Finding medical message/therapeutic massage is somewhat challenging.

My therapist was new, so I didn't expect too much. I think he said he had been working for 6 months. He asked me if I needed him to apply more pressure which he did, but then he would revert back to light pressure. He probably needs more practice and eventually he will be great.

I did the add on hot stones. Ithe stones seemed to be the main focus. I wanted the stones IN ADDITION TO the massage. I didn’t really get a massage. I got a rub down.
