I love chopitle they are just so busy !

I stood in line for 20 minutes to order

Chicken is sometimes not very hood

SO SLOW Too much conversation between coworkers Not paying attention Not trying to hustle lines are way too long every time we go there There needs to be higher supervision that is over seeing these coworkers. So unprofessional. We have turned down going to chipotle do to not wanting to wait 20+ mins

Every year chipotle seems to get worse. Smaller portion sizes, ruder employees, and not as fresh ingredients. The steak we got was chewy, lettuce was wilted, mild salsa had mushy tomatoes (nothing like it used to be. It was so fresh before now tastes canned). We only went because of the coupon I had. We definitely prefer a local Mexican take out place over chipotle.

I love chipotle and this location but there is one older woman working there who is rude, slows down the entire line, and has made mistakes on my order several times, without apologizing or offering to fix it. She really ruins the experience

The line was ridiculous and out the door. It took forever and a lot of it seem to stem from the fact that people who order online come in and mess up the line situation. There needs to be more rules and instructions for the online orders because I got there at 8:30 and waited in line for half an hour but the online orders would walk right in and get there order even if it wasn't made. Very dissatisfied.

Way too loud in there ( music) severs could not here me and would be real snotty when they couldn't hear me Line was wayyyyyy toooooo long It has been like this for a while now Please figure something out
