Chipotle

I love chipotle. The line was long but moved quickly

When I walked up to the counter there was one person FOH taking orders. This one guy was working very hard trying to complete three separate orders by himself. There were five people cooking and prepping in the kitchen and three others walking around aimlessly. Finally after the customer in front of me had to wait 30-45 seconds one of the aimless wanderers came to cash her out and another aimless wanderer came to help with orders on the line. I feel very sorry for this poor kid that had to work all alone while others stand around doing nothing!!

The chicken wasn't fresh and very Chevy

My friend and I went to eat at chipotle with our 3 kids, only 2 high chairs in the entire facility and 1 was already being used. Asked an associate and barely got an answer whether there were more high chairs. We ended up leaving and going to chick fil a. Not a very good experience

The food wasn't even ready when I came in to pick it up and on top of it I had to wait behind other people in line who entered after me to get my food made. They told me be here in 10 minutes I came late from work and was there in like 13-15 minutes. At the very least the food should've been made and it was non peak time like 2pm. The staff all had attitudes and didn't care. I'm the one that picks up the staff food would never go there again since it seemed my phone in order inconvenienced them
