The line takes excessively long because they are busy making online orders. They should make the online orders in the back or have a dedicated employee just to online orders.

Very good food. This particular chipotle is always busy since it's close to UCF so I expected to wait quite awhile to order.

Man could this Chipotle be any slower?!? It was busy and they did have a lot of online/fax orders, but there were only 2 people working the line and they were moving slowly. Service is always slow at this location (UCF), while the Colonial and Winter Park locations run circles around this location. Could these locations please come train the UCF location please?!
