Making an appointment for service of my vehicle was simple and a last minute change of time was accommodated easily. Tim and the mechanics at the Monument BigO were extremely helpful and friendly. Up front estimate of the cost of service was quite accurate. Work was completed within the estimated time frame. All cared for my vehicle as if it were their own. Super satisfied. I have already recommended Big O to my friends!!

After dealing with a Family emergency, the manager Tim of the monument Big O. Was very respectful and understanding on me needing to leave the tires there for longer. At check out he delivered the highest respect and consideration to me, the customer. I had nothing but happy thoughts during this process and will be happy to give Monument Big O my future business. Overall Mike made the experience for me. Even though he was at work feeling under the weather, he provided excellent service!

Mike made sure that the special oil filter I needed for my diesel was pre-ordered so I didn’t have to wait for it to arrive, making the visit much quicker. Also, he was able to identify some bad tires on the rear of my vehicle and source replacements at a good price.

Mike and the other two employees took care of my flat tire and got me back on the road to Parker in a very fast time. I appreciate there concern for my situation. Lyle
