Big O Tires

I had a 4 wheel alignment and help with a check engine light. This was my first visit to Big O Tires and I was very pleased with the professional service provided by Tim. He answered all questions and and provided estimates for additional products and services.

They delivered what they promised, at the price specified, in a timely manner. The service rep was professional, yet friendly, and they got me in pretty quickly.

Traveling and got a screw in my tire. Staff was friendly and helped me immediately to get back on the road. I am so grateful!

I hit a pothole on Interstate 25 resulting in TWO flat tires. Had to get a tow to this Big O, which happened to be nearby, thankfully. The man knew I had the warranty on the tires, which saved me the cost of new tires (Thank you so much!). I showed up un-announced but they had both my tires mounted and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. Can't do any better than that. While I was there another car was towed in with a flat from the same pothole, and she said three other cars pulled over with her with the same problem. The only reason it's not likely I'll return to the Monument Big O is because the Pueblo Big O is near me. But the Monument guys did an excellent job taking care of me in this emergency situation. I'm very grateful.
