Under new management, that is a welcomed change. The team ordered the tires we needed and got them installed the next day, great service- I recommended it twice already to my friends. Keep it up!

ALIGNMENT AFTER NEW TIRES DID NOT FIX THE DRIFT PROBLEM.

Was told after checkout that I was missing a lug nut, but not which one or an offer to install one.

Close to home and they have been reliable in servicing our cars.

Tires I ordered online were not available at the location; I had to choose a lesser size tire or upgrade significantly in price. Additionally, the online tire prices did not reflect the SIGNIFICANT additional prices, fees, add-ons, etc. that were added to my total invoice price. This means the customer receives a big "surprise" in cost upon arrival at the store. This is not good customer service, and it left a "bad taste in my mouth" regarding doing business with BIG-0 in the future. I believe I spent about $100 more than I reasonably anticipated going-in. ALWAYS recommends overpriced maintenance /repair for items that either don’t need it or have remaining life. Have taken estimate and recommended service to other trusted repair shops who have assessed it’s not needed.

I was satisfied...I just wish the service wouldn't have taken so long.

I am very satisfied. The question was how likely is it that I will recommend Big O tires. I don't often go out of my way to recommend anything unless someone asks. If they ask, I'd recommend Big O tires. I don't know if there's another place to say this, so I'll say it now: I had to tell them to put my spare back. And they didn't check the air pressure in the spare. That should be standard procedure if someone comes in with a blowout like I had.
