Big O Tires

Even with a $20 off coupon, the price of a synthetic, 6 quart oil change was $80. This is more than I have ever paid before.

Everything was good but then noticed when I got home, they had spilled oil on both front fenders and then just smeared it trying to clean it off.

Highly satisfied would e exceptional service beyond expectations. The service was what I expected.

The tire warranty/protection plan was added to my bill without asking me. Then when I asked about removing it, the associate said he could do it, but then gave me some random arguments about why I should keep it. I left feeling like it was a pressure sale instead of being happy with my new tires.

Not apacable question

On an oil change they stripped my drain plug and installed a helicoil and didn't tell me I found out when I had the next oil change at another location

The past experience had me somewhat skeptical for this visit. Last time I was highly disappointed.

Main issue. I Purchase a set of tires from Big-O month ago with warranty. One tire blew on me. Didn't have it in stock, but ordered it. Say it would take a week & half. Took three weeks never kept me informed, I kept on having to call them to find out status. One of my calls to them they told me they had it in early am. Called end of day I called them, no tire!! Told me next day. It finally came late in afternoon. Then they call said tire in would have it ready in one hour. Got there got me right in then charged me $70

Price was a little high. Used to have coffee but not now.

Had to wait too long even though I had an appointment
