Stop including all optional items on the quote without any indication of what is required or optional. I was just given a pen to sign it with no explanation . Glad I asked for clarification on the double in price. It’s really a bad business practice. Now I don’t trust you and will never be back.

I feel like I was overcharged for the amount of work done on my car. It also lasted up to 4 and a half hours at my visit, so I had to cancel things with the rest of the day. Still, Michael the manager is great and he was honest with me.

We had a sidewall blow out on a faulty Big O Tire that only had 5,800 miles on it and they would not warranty the tire. Had to pay $170 for a new tire.

Be truthful and explain that you dont have a basic part on hand and the time to get the part, an air filter.

We will not be coming back. Lying to a young woman to take advantage and make a sale beyond repair and bc the mgr did not make it right after we gave him the opportunity to and he agreed and then reneged on that commitment, we hope that everyone knows they cannot trust Big O tires and this store and manager Michael Talarico.

I made an appointment for 1pm to have 2 new winters tires installed. They had 4 techs working the day i went in and no one started on my vehicle until 1:45. If you have 4 techs working on different vehicles and they ALL are running late doing their services then i think its time for new techs that can get services done in a timely manner. That is probably why this location is failing and about to close because no one wants to wait all day for a simple tire change. I heard the "president" or "the boss man" was coming in on 12/22/2022 to see how the location was doing. i hope they see this review and it helps them come to a conclusion about what to do with this location.

I didn't have the wheel lock key for my tires and they wanted to charge me because their mechanic would have to work on it and it would take a long time. He said he would charge me a flat rate of $50. I told them if that was the case I would go somewhere else. I told them when I got the flat the road service guy had the tire off in a minute without the key or universal key for the wheel lock. They called me back and said it wasn't a problem to get the tire off after all. I asked for the new two tires to be put on the front of my car. They put them on the back and then told me they would put them on the front if I want to come in again and they would charge me a minimal amount since the tire came off easily. They also charged me for a warranty without asking me. I also told them my other two tires were Good Year tires and they put Sumitomo tires on my car. I feel mislead. I tried to call but grew impatient being on hold for 15 minutes. It is sad but I feel they saw me as an easy target because I am a female and over 50 years old. I am extremely disappointed and will look elsewhere in the future.

Train your employees on correct installation of tires/wheels. I had to delay my trip and pay a mechanic to troubleshoot the mysterious knocking from my car only to discover that I paid over 800$ for new tires and 3 of my wheels were loose! I’m furious

3 of the 4 tires were not mounted correctly. Very poor customer service. When I called to tell Michael that the tires were incorrectly mounted he said he would call me back. 6 hours later he had still not contacted me.
