Manager asked if it was ok to put new tires on front. I agreed even though it's big o tires policy to put on back. When I got home I noticed they left the baldest tire on the vehicle. Afterwaiting 2 hours for them to change 2 tires I was ready to just be done. The next day I called and asked why they left the bald tire on. I went back and they changed out the bald tire but put the one that had the side wall cut. So when I woke up next day tire was flat. I took the vehicle to a different big o tires ( Falcon) where their service is better and the manager knows what he's doing.

Utterly terrible. Technician failed to tighten the drain plug to my vehicle's oil pan during a routine oil change. Fast forward to a few weeks later to my wife driving home after an errand… she randomly notices smoke coming from the underside of the car, and then with very little warning from the dash (within seconds of the oil light coming on), the engine seizes, rendering it un-driveable. We then got underneath the car that same day and made a surprising discovery. The drain plug was completely missing and all the oil had spilled out. The smoke my wife noticed was the last drops of oil spewing onto the hot exhaust system, but by the time we figured out what had happened, it was too late. The engine damage was already done, and it now needs replacing (verified by an AAMCO auto shop) which will cost me about $3600 for a used one with similar mileage. What started as a $40 oil change has landed me $3600 in the hole. What did the manager, Mark, tell me after I relayed this information and kindly asked for them to pick up the bill? "I'm sorry, but we don't believe your story." Later, I did get in touch with the previous owner, but since he sold his LLC, he won't do anything for me.
