Big O Tires

We called first thing in the morning, took the horse trailer to Big O, the tires we needed were available and reasonably priced, there was one vehicle ahead of us, but the tires were installed and we were back on the road by noon! We have been. Big O custumers in Monument for 23 years, and will continue to call on them first for all our tire needs!

I had a rock get stuck behind my break dust cover resulting in a horrible noise. Mike took my call just before 7:30 AM and I was able to get in right away. Mike and Evan were able to diagnose and fix my issues immediately and I was out the door very quick. Highly recommend these associates and location.

The employees were great, we had good conversational they were friendly and helpful. Inside was nice, clean and quiet. Whenever I had a question someone answered it.
