Big O Tires

My car was violently shaking so I brought it into Big O Tires. They got me in right away. When they hoisted the vehicle up on the platform, my underneath of my car was compacted with snow. They cleaned out all the snow, test drove it, and it no longer had issues. I do have issues with my husband though who refused to snow blow out the driveway so this type of thing would not have happened to begin with. Thank YOU Big O Tires!

Despite being understaffed on my arrival, associates were able to get my car in the day before Thanksgiving. Staff was very professional and kind. 10/10 to the whole team. Thanks
