Hand and Stone

I showed up originally for an earlier appointment but had to reschedule for later that afternoon due to the therapist unable to come in. Hand and Stone covered my session which showed excellent customer service. I was very happy especially since I ended up with Charles, my absolute favorite!

The availability of the therapist. The ease of making the appointment. Also, the ease of adding on extra add-ons for the massage. Last but not least, Charles was very accommodating and professional during the session. I walked away feeling relaxed, less achy, and relieved. Thank you so much, Charles @3pm.

The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. The waiting area, bathrooms, and treatment room are always very clean. I always enjoy my facial.
