Arlene is extremely customer service oriented. More old school understanding of what good customer service is. We interacted well on what my needs are. Additionally she seems to really enjoy what she's doing.

Felicia is fantastic. She addresses my skin needs and doesn't try to over sell me. She makes appropriate recommendations. She takes her time and does what's best for my skin. She never shames me for doing better with my skin like Myra did.
