The man who took my order did not understand what I ordered which was the kids build your own. He was not properly trained and it was quite frustrating to say the least. Then he skipped to my husband before I gave the order for my food after we got my child's meal figured out. He was so rude!

The line was long and the portion was small had to request more of everything

I think the employees should be able to speak English, the lady at the counter had no idea what I was asking her. And 7 bucks for a bland burrito? C'mon, make a smaller burrito and charge less. Also the music was so loud that we opted to sit outside even though it was hot.

The amount of meat beans and rice they give now is weak I barely had enough to share I used to be able to share it with my daughter but there wasn't enough to even fill the bowl
