Chipotle

There is no room in this location. The line was all around the restaurant and everyone in line just watched the people sitting and eating.

It tasted great but the setup of the restaurant is not designed for cold areas. Every time someone entered the restaurant a huge gust of negative temperature air would flood in and blow our napkins all on the floor. At one point the wind blew a gust of snow onto our table.

The line was extremely long. And when I did get up to the line, I ordered a burrito bowl and it was just thrown together. Highly unusual for this location. No care was taken with the tortilla I asked for on the side and so it wasn't wrapped properly. Not as satisfied as I usually am with them.

Slow service-service has been awful lately. Bottom scrap meat was used for burritos and burritos came apart

Speed of service was great considering how long the line was (out the door). I was unhappy about how inconsistent my portions are when I do visit. I always order the same thing but my bowl is either really large or skimpy like today. I felt cheated.

Worst food ever won't be back

I have never seen a Chipotle so filthy and poorly run before. It smelled like dirty mop water. All the pans were dirty, they were out of steak and still had a half hour left and wouldn't make more. They had the garbage cans sitting out right by the food. They were throwing things around and yelling to each other. It was disgusting!!! I will never go here again.
