Chipotle

I ordered a bowl and my brown rice was hard. I also came across a bone from the chicken.

It's always busy there, so I figured there would be a wait, so we wait and wait and wait, finally get up there, all of the workers look like they hate life! I was friendly and each worker could care less that it was my first time there... Um, don't try to hard to leave a good impression, okay? So anyways, I order a burrito, the chicken smelled great, so I got it with chicken. The manager was putting lettuce and cheese on others orders, gets to me and doesn't say anything and walks away... I'm just standing there like? 2 minutes later! (2 min in the restaurant world is a lot when a line of people are behind you thinking you're holding up the line) she comes back with a worker, the worker looks like she's gonna beat ME up, rolling her eyes, giving attitude, speaking so low that I can't understand a word she's saying. Didn't offer chips or a drink, nothing. I have her the money and she slams the register and practically drops my change on the counter. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN, ALL BECAUSE OF THIS ONE VISIT! And, the food didn't even taste good. The chicken was bland with no seasoning, the rice had no flavor, the guacamole was a joke. This company is a "brand" like clothing, that people just go to to say they go there.
