High prices

Prices on bird seed is higher than we can get it at other local stores. We buy nijer and wild bird seed regularly, and need good prices.

Was told that the equipment we bought to keep bird food off the ground was “squirrel proof”. I was pretty surprised two days later to see an “upside down “ squirrel eating from the feeder and making a general mess of the whole thing. Very disappointed by

Just a little more money than I would prefer to spend. Selection could be greater.

I enjoyed the store

Some items not available in store. No bird baths. Also why is there no selection of birding binoculars like Swarovski, Zeiss, or Leica? Seems like a missed opportunity.
