The staff was as always friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. I love the products. I was disappointed that there was only one cage in stock (the type that fits over a tube feeder to keep squirrels out), and it was larger than I needed. I bought it anyway and will try another time to find a smaller one for my other tube feeder.
