Chipotle on Ponce De Leon is absolutely horrible. They are very stingy with the amounts of food they give out. They talk to each other compared to the guests.

The staff & food was phenomenal! ! The parking is slim, hard to get in & out of when people go in & out both entrance & exit... The eat in area's ac was out so it was sweltering & I felt like I was going to throw up the food I had just enjoyed... A sign should have been put on the door advising of the condition! !

The Chipotle on Ponce de Leon is the absolutely worse location to go to. The customer service is horrid. I only went to this location today because I didn't feel like driving to Cobb Parkway for two burrito bowls and chips and salsa during Friday rush hour in Atlanta. My fiancée and I both continue to get horrible customer service from the employees at this location. It's as if they themselves don't want to work. They always give you the bare minimum of ingredients. If I'm paying $6-$7.20 for a burrito bowl, I expect it to be worth my money. The employees started mumbling under their breath when I asked for more rice. Then they kept making eyes at each other when making my bowls. At the end of the day, it's customers who keep the employees at this location with a job. They should begin to think about that. If they didn't have customers they wouldn't have jobs. I suggest during the hiring process all employees must take a customer service class. I'm so happy to see that there is another Chipotle on Peachtree Street recently. I will go to that location from now and stop trying to give the location closest to my residence a try.
