I cannot say enough good things about the treatment I received from Ashley. With a diagnosis of severe arthritis in both shoulders, I am usually in considerable discomfort and had a pounding headache before my massage. Within a few minutes in to the treatment my headache eased. Ashley expertly worked on my shoulder and neck muscles while being careful not to cause further pain or discomfort to the shoulder joints. It had been a few days since the treatment, and I still feel the benefits: less muscle tension and increased ease of movement. Thank you!
