la Madeleine

Too expensive for a sandwich of just cheese and ham .

I ordered a full-size chicken Caesar to go, but they only provided 1 cup of dressing, not 2 like the other La Madeleines. I can understand 1 to go cup for a petite Caesar, but 2 are needed to get the taste of an dining in Caesar to-go. I frequent two other la Madeleines and they always pack two to-go cups of Caesar dressing for a full-size salad to go.

I love La Madeline restaurants. My one issue/problem with this visit was that the cream for coffee was available only i the little prepackaged cups, not in a thermos/pitcher. My favorite activity at LaMad is to sit and read the paper and enjoy my coffee but coffee with cream from teh prepackaged cups is not very good. It seems most all other aspects of Lamad are so carefully thought out this is a big deal to coffee lovers. my two cents...

Good service. Coffee was good. Staff was very sweet. The cafe was very clean and the outside sitting experience was very nice. The sweets looked amazing and the chocolate croissant tasted yum!!

The menu lacks things from other traditional La Madeleines. There are also items that are on the app, that are displayed in the restaurant and staff say are unavailable until they are shown them in the La Madeleine App.

I had a coupon but the associate did not know how to properly ring it up... even after multiple attempts.

The description of my entree included the word warm so I was shocked to find it refrigerator cold!

The almond croissants were dry and maybe a little overcooked. This may be partially due to the fact that they were purchased at 5:30 PM. We are also a little forgiving as we know this is a brand new store and management may be trying to work out the kinks and find the right bakery person(s) to deliver the standard La Madeleine experience. SIDE NOTE: We picked up a cup of French hot black coffee at the derive-thru earlier in the day and it was delicious.

I was not aware that this was a to go location. There isn’t a menu (except for drinks) which definitely threw me off. I’m not sure how you manage customer expectations but it would have been nice if there was signage like “La Madeline Express” something of that nature.
