The cashier had a lot of trouble understanding that I wanted to order the jar of soup thru the drive thru. And it took a while for her to ring it up/complete my order. This location just opened so I understand. I also asked if they had a specific bakery item and they said no but online it said this location had it so, that was disappointing. I am not sure if she didn't know what I was asking for or if they actually didn't have it.

This was not the LM I'm used to. Kind of a hard surface feel, no nooks an crannies, food served in takeout containers. Accustomed to a lot of wood, dark ambience. This was metal and bright.

The new concept is attractive. Changes from old concept are not great - Swiss cheese in the potato soup doesn’t melt. Prepackaged chicken salad sandwich soggy. And the regular size cups are a joke for $2.49

Very sterile decor. Not warm or inviting. Dislike plastic ware. Croissant was almost stale...old
