The staff wasn't as friendly as they usually ate

This was my second time trying this place. The first time I had it, it was splendid! However this time it was horrible! My boyfriend normally likes EVERYTHING & he was not apply with the food at all! The chicken was dry and the overall food had no flavor. I felt like I was being rushed at the counter too. Their assembly is confusing.
