The customer service was amazing. Morelia P, she was very patience with us by helping us decide on which ring to take. She also mention the promotion if I use my Pandora credit card. Overall it was a great experience shopping at the new Pandora store at London Square Mall.

I was looking for a charm to add to my bracelet and didn't know what charms I had wanted. I had describe to the associate, shanya, what I was looking for and the type of style I love to wear and she showed a great selection of charms and answered every question I had about the stones or the metal it was, and her opinion on to whether get a danger charm or a round one. you could tell she knew what she was doing and was completely professional while making the environment comfortable and thus making it easy to talk to her. instead of going for one charm, I ended up taking three!! I really enjoyed my time at the store and will definitely be coming back to purchase from the associate I had that day.

The supervisor who helped me out was fantastic today! I got a silver reflections bracelet with a rose gold charm and it was absolutely stunning! I was getting a gift for my niece, Clara and shanya were amazing! Great co-selling

Shanya was great!! I originally came in the store for a pair of earrings and left with earrings that matched with a necklace and a charm. I was extremly comfortable becuse english isnt my first language so she spoke to me in spanish. I enjoyed my time there.
