I went on a Sunday where there was only one other couple in the store besides just me, I went to purchase a Disney charm and asked if I could try to cleaning service for the bracelets as I’d never done them before and was told it’s a relatively quick process. I was told it is a service offered only Mondays through Thursdays from 11-6, which seemed a bit strange to me as to why it’s so limited, especially considering the store was practically empty. Also the store was very clean, there was just a slightly weird smell in the store but I would think it’s because that store is surrounded by restaurants. PS I’m sad the HP collection was retired and all charms had to be sent back to corporate :(

We understand it is the busiest season of the year. What was a bit upsetting, there was one associate on a laptop and another working on a display. When the line was extremely long. Instead of the customer having an unnecessary wait. All associates should help the customers. Then on down time continue with displays and other duties. Besides this experience. Pandora is a beautiful merchandise. Happy new year. Thank you.

The quality of the merchandise is going down. I bought a ring 3 month ago and it is missing the stones. It is a very short period of time for it to have been damaged.

I went to the store to buy the pearl necklace from the Pandora Me Collection but it didn’t fit me and there are no additional sizes. No necklace from that collection worked for me, not even buying a connector. I felt disappointed.
