The manager of the store located at London square mall was very rude in the situation that they created not me, and the sales girls doesn’t know what they doing…very unprofessional both !!

Purchased the wrong size bracelet for my wife. Called pandora and after three weeks they still did not have the size.. Called three times and nobody helped. Had to go with another bracelet because no manager was able to help me get the bracelet that I wanted.

I was Satisfied with the Pandora experience. Specially, goin in side the store. Personnel there where very polite, prompt and friendly. Likewise the store at the Falls.

Me hizieron sentir como una persona que estaba usando otra identificacion y solo era un cambio de apellido en mi tarjeta de pandora credir cads y la manager me hablo y trato muy feo
