Waited in line for a very reasonable amount of time. There were plenty of associates helping customers. The associate greeted me what am I looking for and was very efficient showing me what I requested, and packaged my purchase nicely, processed my payment quickly, and I left the store in about 10-15 minutes.

The associate who helped up was amazing. She was friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She also gave me ideas for beads to match my bracelet
