My visit was to have my pandora bracelet cleaned, and ended up purchasing a turtle charm. Alejandra was super nice very attentive and helpful showing me some items I wanted to see. When I saw my bracelet so shiny and pretty I told her I wanted the charm which btw happened to be on display since they didn’t have anymore. Alejandra was courteous, professional and all around genuine. So was Clara, I believe she was the manager. I truly had an awesome experience today.
