I went in to inquire about a broken charm. I was helped by a wonderful person who shares my name. Although she was not able to help me because the charm is “retired”, she provided me with the corporate number. I decided to buy a couple of things and she was wonderful the whole time.

My saleswoman was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The store manager was also quite friendly. I ended up purchasing an additional ring just because the saleswoman recommended it. It also helped that she was wearing a lot of your merchandise, and she wore it well.
