Everything was done with no problems. No unexpected cost. Extremely honest.

I was not highly satisfied my vehicle was just sitting and no one told me it was finished when it was brought to their attention I was told they would take me next after someone who had recently walked in the young lady that worked there wasn’t customer friendly at all

Had a slow leak in a tire purchased a Tire Kingdom. I hadn't paid in advance for hazard insurance and so a fee would be charged and was explained to me. The staff worked hard to find the slow leak but could not on the designated tire, and checked all the others just to be sure I had the correct tire. They were very thorough, checking everything out, and touching base with me as they explored the problem. In the end they could not find any problem, or leak. Consequently I did not have to pay the fee for repair. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very easy going about scheduling around my chaotic day. When I expressed concern about a possible issue with my car, fully expecting an expensive bill, I was so pleased to hear there wasn't a problem at all. Greatly appreciated the honesty.

The service was awesome! Everything was explained to me, pricing was good and I will be returning to take my vehicle for tires and future oils changes.

The Tire Kingdom team here really went above and beyond to give me superior service. I brought my car in for an oil change and an alignment, and I left feeling like I was driving a whole new car! I really can’t believe how much of a difference their service and care made in the way my car drives and performs now. Mr. Charles Hauff and his team really went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle and I were completely taken care of, the service was done in a timely manner, all of the associates were very friendly, and I will definitely be returning here for all future service needs!
