After 1 and 1/2 hours truck still up on rack for oil change. Spoke to manager who stated oil filter was not available and they were trying to get one . I said AutoZone 10 minutes away would have one.

Had to ask for choices regarding purchasing 4 tires. Gave the highest price without doing any comparisons with me. I had to ask for other options. The next day I had a tire malfunction alert, and was told even though I had to purchase the sensor tire kit, the problem was not included in the repair. The manager said he would do the repair and he would cover the cost of the labor, but I still find this somewhat shady.

For the second time - the first came post purchase - the tire pressure indicator on my car alerted to pressure issue. When I called the first time, I was directed to a different shop where I was told all four tires were overinflated by 3 pounds. Probably the same this time. Same dealership. Waiting to cool before testing them at home.
