The expected service was completed. Original 2 tires had to be upgraded for 4 required. Only complaint. Everything else was good.

When I booked my appointment online, the total price of service was to be 31.19. The price at the counter was 34.62. The explanation given was not acceptable, but the $3.43 wasn't worth arguing over. Next time I may elect to pay online for a savings.

Price given at pickup was more than quoted. Once I questioned the price based on quote the price was changed. Sales rep said it was computer problem.

Set an appointment upon arrival I was told they were 2 hours behind at 9:30 am. I was told I could wait I asked when I could come back the next day I said it has to be today. He said ok 1. I asked why was I not called ahead to be told. At 12:50 I called because I was goi g to be 10 minutes late. When I arrived I was told it would be 20 minute, 45 minutes later still not in. Finally a representative came out to the car and I asked him if there would be an issue adjusting the camber he said he would be able adjust the rear but not the front. When I questioned the front desk the said the opposite I asked why the difference and was never given an explanation. There were a few other issues but that pretty much sums it up. The car was there an 45 minutes longer then they said it would be after they took it back.

I can’t say I was highly satisfied, but I was satisfied to the fact that everything was done accordingly. And on the average. Everything was the way it should be.

Spent one and a half hours to get an oil change. They also checked my tires for me but no work was required. Decided to have a cup of their complimentary coffee, but there were ants on the counter.

The online price that I agreed to pay was 47 dollars but after I got to the store and the service that I ordered was done it magically jumped up to 81 dollars! The manager took 20 off and tired to tell me it was a mail in rebate but it wasn't. The online pricing needs to be fixed or removed as this can lead to alot of angry customers.

There is no specific reason. To give someone the highest rating means there is nothing that needs improvement and there is always room to improve.
