At check out, the computer went down, and when I tried to use my road hazard warranty through Fidelity Warranty Services, it was a total hassle.

Not pleased with how my bill was explained by the Manager, he told me there would be no charge for alignment and then came back and said it would be $209. My car was returned to me with a filthy steering wheel and when I went back inside to tell them the Manager came out and cleaned my steering wheel and started drilling me about why I didn’t like him…. I will never return to this site again and hope I do not ever need to use Tire Kingdom again nor will I recommend them. I truly felt that the Manager was looking to over sale …..not biting and not interested in any confrontation

If you are going to schedule 8 AM apointments make sure shop personnel are ready to start at that time.

I scheduled the service using Groupon for a $20 savings. Was unhappy that I was told the service I requested would not be performed (I wanted the synthetic blend and was told I could only get the more expensive full synthetic oil). I've never heard of such a policy, but did not argue as this was the first oil change I had gotten for this car. While I was waiting (was told service would take "about an hour" - it took 2 hours) I was told that I needed $1400 worth of new tires + an alignment. Car has less than 60k miles and tracks just fine. No thank you.

I had booked an appointment for my service, sadly a person that did not have an appointment and had walked in same time as me was prioritized. He was attended to immediately, whereas I had to wait. Why have an appointment if someone who's just walked in takes your spot.

After purchasing 4 tires the Manager Charlie came out and said there was lug nuts missing and broken studs and it was going to be $150.00 to fix them. I replied the TK on SR 40 and NE 25th Ave last rotated tires and never said anything about this. Which means they did this or it was done at this location and no I was not paying that. He offered no alternative just had the tires put on. In 2019 the other location also put 2 tires on and never said anything that time either. There was a good manager at the other location but got moved to Oxford. If I go back I will drive 30 miles out of my way. I also observed the way another customer was handled. I was not happy
