Customer service skills of Mike need serious attention. I encountered him as I pulled into the parking lot. Having never been to this establishment (and I told him that), I wasn't sure if I needed to pull up to a bay or park and go check in. He was clearly put out by my question and impatiently told me to park and go in like I was an idiot or something. That set a negative tone for the entire encounter. Oil change took an hour and a half. The young kid working on my car seemed to have an extraordinary difficult time putting the filter back in. When they told me the car was 'done' and I paid, then waited and waited for someone to bring my car out, so I walked into the bay to find out what was going on. Service manager was in the car, kid standing by the driver door. I asked if there was a problem and they both ignored me. The kid walked away without looking at me. The manager was trying to reset the oil change setting and snarkily suggested that I could just take it to the dealer if I didn't want to wait. NEVER taking my car back to this place!!!!!!!

If an appointment is set that customers vehicle should be top priority at that time over walking. The tech should focus on one vehicle at a time to ensure the vehicle gets finished in a timely manner. Having purchased two sets of tires each year for about 15 years, I've NEVER waited over 2 hours to have my tires turned over. Even during the height of the pandemic I was never waiting as long as I did at tire kingdom.

Check in person (Walt)more interested in talking with customer than taking care of getting my car worked on. 2 visits to get tire leak fixed. Scheduled for a 1pm appointment but I did not show on schedule. After waiting 20 minutes with my keys & work package sitting on desk I asked Walt what was going on with my car. He said working as fast as can. I pointed out 2 bays had opened while he was grabbing, 2 workers had walked in & out waiting to talk with him & they were NOT working as fast as they could on my car. The tire got changed and I left without so much as a "sorry" or "thank you". .

Be upfront and spend more time on customer needs vs chatting. 3 specials were mentioned online, never got a good explanation besides "not in stock"

I called asking about bringing my car in for a low tire check. I was told I’d have to make an appointment and scheduled one the next day at 2:00. I was at work so my girlfriend took the car in. She was immediately told that they were too busy to look at the tire and she’d have to leave the car until probably the next day. The associate who checked her in suggested looking up a new tire just in case it had to be replaced. My girlfriend returned home and left the car. About 3 hours later she received a call stating “we put the new tire on, the car is ready to be picked up”. She inquired why nobody called to inform her that the tire couldn’t be repaired and a new one was necessary. She didn’t receive a good answer and asked if they had even checked to see if the tire, which was still under warranty, could’ve been patched. The associate supposedly checked the paperwork and then said that they had confirmed the tire was not able to be repaired. This poor communication left my girlfriend and myself highly dissatisfied and mistrustful of Tire Kingdom. I highly doubt I’ll return my car there for service in the future!

told me to buy an air filter...even though they didnt tell me they didnt even have a replacement....so i had to wait an extra hour so they could have an air filter delivered. No one told me this, they just wanted to sell the air filter. So an oil change took and hour and a half. That was scheduled, not a walk in.

I scheduled a service on line and it was all priced out..when I arrived I was presented a different higher price then online.. when. I pointed out the difference...the employees were bothered because I even brought it up. Plus I was just going to drop my car off and they were unorganized and literally took 15-20 min just to drop it off. I wasnt pleased with the service and I'm not sure if I'll return back.

TV ad says $100 rebate for purchase of 4 tires and associate said the same but never gave it to me I think it was deliberately overlooked at check out

I originally called in to get an appointment and discuss the cost of the tires. The customer rep stated the price and then we set an appointment. I came in the price was 100.00 higher then quoted. Then was told that the time to install would be 1.5 to 2.0 hours. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Then tried to sell me on alignment stating it pulled to the right. I stated no several times as the previous tires and condition didn't warrant an alignment. After paying for the tires I took my vehicle out on a ride on several different road conditions. No pulling to the right. It rode stable and stayed to the center of the road. Just felt it was a situation were I was quoted a lower price to only plan to have tires installed but be charged a higher price. Then on top of that take longer then told even after the appointment and then to be pushed to try to buy additional services. Shameless tactics.
