Dissatisfied.

Went To store for 4 tires, paid for host of additional services, shocks, struts, tpms, 5 year yr etc,. Took van on I-95 on a trip, terrible vibration, took van back to store, , told needed shocks ball joints, etc, did not, store replaced defective tires for new ones, got charged for all tire services again for tpms, warranty, etc. $150, for replaced tires. Over charged for tires that were defective, I think I was overcharged so called tire Protection plan since I paid for it twice, I do not trust the store nor your company due to this experiene. I take the van back tomorrow for the 4 trip to repair the van. This is not acceptable.

I was told an hour for the oil change about fourth minutes in they said I needed two back tires it would only take a half hour the whole experience took four and a half hours

Does not matter! I will never go back. Price of oil change went from $29.99 to $123.00. Do not tell me that dexos oil cost an extra $100 I have priced your Valvoline synthetic oil at $25.00 for 5 qts. I have told everyone I know to avoid Tire Kingdom. Hope you will be out of business soon. THE CUSTOMERS MATTER!!! By the way, your manager thru my keys at me when we were discussing the pricing. First class operation!

THE SERVICE WRITER WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT VERY EXPERIENCED IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY ILL ADVISED IN THE JOB HE WAS PERFORMING IT TOOK 7.5 HOURS TO DO FOUR TIRES TIE RODS AND ALIGNMENT WAY TOO LONG PARTS TOOK TO LONG TO GET ORDERED AOME FROM NAPA AND SOME FROM OREILLY PARTS DIDN'T SHOW HAD TO REORDER FROM OTHER THE STAFF AND MANAGER DID NOT KEEP ME ADVISED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY VEHICLE THERE WAS A LADY THERE ALSO AND SHE HAD BEEN THERE 7 HOURS AND SAID SHE WOULD NEVERCOME BACK TO TIRE KINGDOM AGAIN POORLY RAN SHOP

Worst tire experience ever. Manager would not install tires on my classic vehicle and could/would not provide any written guidance or rational explanation why. I agreed to just purchase the tires outright He initially refused to honor the military discount specified on the website saying it does not apply to "cash and carry tire sales", again without any documentation/proof of that policy. Then he charged me the $13 fee for tire disposal even though I was not leaving any tires for disposal, again in contradiction to your website. Throughout the entire transaction he was condescending, insulting and arrogant. He finally told me to "take it or leave it" so I left it. He literally followed me out the door to my car berating me the entire way. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism! He actually told me he was doing me a tremendous favor by selling me the tires and complained about your unreliable website and having to work until midnight the previous night, as though it were my fault. This review is 100% true and accurate. There is more, but I was so flabbergasted I can't recall every detail.

Do the work properly. We went there for tires, got upsold brakes, left with warning lights and improperly functioning brakes six hours later. Dropped it off the next day and it took them another seven hours to fix the brakes. Ridiculous. Service manager was not rude, but didn't seem to really care about the problems we experienced.

They left my tire equipment thrown around in my trunk, and then when I brought my car back in for a bad alignment you did, appointment was 11am its 12 noon and I'm still waiting.

I was on time for appointment (5 pm), and explicitly told not to return after 6 as that is when they close. I returned at 5:55. I proceeded to sit around for another 50 mins before my vehicle was ready. I asked about 6:20 and was told it would be 5-10 mins. The manager abandoned the front area and gave no further updates. I rushed back to be there before closing and wasted an hour of my time sitting around when he knew full well they were going to be there after closing working on another persons car. There was another client in the waiting room. She had been there for 9 hours for new tires and replacement of a rotor. I know this should have taken no more than 2 hours. This speaks to how behind they were and the complete lack of communication as she had been told hours prior that it would only be 30 more minutes. I left before her vehicle was complete around 7 pm.
