Manager attitude. Scheduled from 8-9am, asked at 9:45, told when you see it out front, it is down, no estimate. ATTITUDE. Could not find my records of new times from six months ago. WRONG name in computer.

Wheels got damaged but Manager Charlie Hauff said it was tire soap then says I was setting him up, (scamming him). I asked for nothing but an apology.

Arrive Saturday morning for the tire sale. Got a hard copy of the quote and scheduled my appointment. Showed up for my appointment and the sale price was not honored that I had a hard copy for prior to the scheduled appointment. Tires were installed anyways, I left and noticed the TPMS was on. Had 16 psi in all four tires at home that evening. Filled them up with air, and all four were flat by morning. Return the next day, they had installed wrong TPMS. Installed correct ones and now the TPMS is still alerting me. Between not honoring the price that they scheduled me for and taking off work to go in four different days, it is costing me an extra several hundred dollars.

10:00am service time @11:00am told "your ready to leave" and when i looked outside my car had not been moved as i had parked crooked,i said my car has not even been moved,he went back to tech and tech said no i was using another bay,so at 11:34,i was done tech brought my paperwork and keys and laid by register,then another 15 minutes before i had to ask someone to ring me up. you all may be great at tires but when you cant even complete a simple oil change in 15 minutes with levels topped off ,i think you should stick with tires and only tires.

I got a quote for new tires on Monday which were in stock. I scheduled for 8am on Wed. Arrived promptly and the service took 3.5 hours because they didn't have two of the tires. One rear tire was out of alignment so it took another hour to do that. Ridiculous to have me sitting 3.5 hours for a scheduled tire appointment. Not enough workers and most of the time my vehicle was just sitting there.
