Tire Kingdom

I left my car over night in the parking lot, and I came to the store at open and Walter was on site ready to take care of me. I told him I needed 4 new tires and he told me what I needed, how long it was going to take, and the cost. No hidden surprises and great customer service. They even changed out the battery in my key fob with out me asking. A young gentlemen who replaced my tires came out to give me an update and that he was almost finished. Beyond impressed with my visit today. Free coffee and clean bathrooms. AMAZING! MY wife needs 4 new tires and I will be back.

Charlie and Mike were very helpful and helped me selet tires for the best value available. They completed the installation of four tires, and an alignment within the time frame I was told. Both were courteous and professional in all my dealings with them. I did stop in on Friday around around 5:00PM to get an oil change and tire alignment. I was ask to come back on Friday because due to the time they would not be able to take care of my needs before closing time. I was overdue on my oil change and service and planned to leave on a trip Sunday. I left and went to Tire Choice who got me in fairly quickly and took care of my oil change. I did not ask them to do the alignment because I have the Tire Kingdom Program Alignment. Tire Choice took me to the garage to show me my tires which were much more worn than I had expected . They gave me a quote on three tire options. I called Tire Kingdom on Saturday Morning and arranged to buy 4 new tires and get my alignment taken care of. Had Tire Kingdom taken care of me on Friday when I stopped in, I would have had them take care of my oil Change and Service also.

I called last minute on a Saturday afternoon, I called all three tire kingdoms In Ocala. And this location a gentleman answered the phone and also let me know that they were full for the day. I explained that I was going out of town, and asked for a recommendation on another shop to take care of my oil. The gentleman said that it wasn’t even three pm and that he could fit us in. It was a fast visit and the staff were wonderful.

Service was great, efficient, effective and very pleasant envirnoment.

The employees were very nice, specifically Mike Odom. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and very quick and efficient.
