I have curve spine so the young lady was so helpful even when I wanted to try different mattresses so helpful

Had a great time, forgotten the name of the member of staff but she was excellent. Wasn’t pushy and allowed plenty of time to try all the mattresses. Even allowed my granddaughter time and let her ‘help’ choose a new mattress. A credit to the team

We were looked after by leeanne at the Durham shop. We explained what we wanted in size, quality and price range and leeanne did the rest, very friendly very informative and found the right product for us 10/10.

We did not planned to buy a mattress Trevor was great, never pushed for the sale, great listen extremely knowledgeable and when my 10% student discount didn't work, he took his time to resolve the problem. Trevor promised to dubble check that the discount bee applied and he did e mail me the next day with confirmation! Absolute professional! Thank you.

Attended durham retail park store literally as i entered store a girl called sorcha approached me asking how she could help, asked what i was looking for and why , asked my needs for a good night sleep and what i wanted different to what have now to enable better nights sleep, showed me 3 or 4 different products all to suit my needs with a great price range explaining each product very simply to understand, fantastic customer service and great product.

Leanne who assisted us was great, listening to what we wanted & highly knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the variety & quality of products available
