The girl who helped us in store made the entire experience fantastic.

We felt we were really helped by Trevor who was never pushy.

I thought I would be just getting an idea of what I wanted when I visited the store as would be too time consuming with needing a base, mattress and headboard but very quickly upon entering I was asked if I required any help. I explained what I was looking for and the advice I was given made it less complicated immediately. I was then left to browse which was great as I think it is hard to have a proper look when someone is there with you the whole time but also I was asked just to flag the sales advisor down if I had any more questions and I noticed he was always around should I have had any. I was given a good amount of time to browse which was an enjoyable experience because there was no hard sell. The Sales Advisor noticed when I was finished browsing and again asked if there was anything he could help with. He gave me advice on working out a combination of the items I was interested in to keep within my budget and helped me pick the best quality mattress which I was really impressed with. I decided to place the order which was really straight forward. I can't comment on the quality of my purchases yet as I'm awaiting delivery but I am feeling confident I will be happy.

The store colleague Sorcha was very helpful from the moment we entered the store. We were shown a range of products which matched our requirements and at no time did we feel that we were being pressured in to buying the most expensive bed available. Sorcha stayed with us all through our visit and we felt very at ease with the whole process.

Everything was efficient with staff who new their products. Happy with the purchases.

Everything was well laid out, the staff were very helpful and explained the different types of mattress etc.

Andrew our sales advisor was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful.He fully understood our requirements and quickly showed us the beds and accessories that we later purchased.We would certainly return to Dreams again( we normally go to Benson's at Gateshead) very happy Dreams is located in our area.
