Good food, fast service

Speed of service was fine for how busy they were. However, I asked for a salad and was given a burrito bowl. No big deal but when I asked them to switch it they stopped and stared at me until I said nevermind. It was uncomfortable and when I asked for romaine lettuce (that needed to be refilled), he again stared at me because he didn't want to go get it. He reached for the shredded lettuce, which might not seem like a big deal but it's not what I asked for. I've never had that sort of experience at Barberitos.

There were only two people working the counter during a very busy lunch rush. Although I could easily see they should have additional help, she continuously announced to everyone that they were slow because they were understaffed. I didn't get frustrated about waiting. Once it was our turn to order they were not polite or neat with anything. They threw things around and acted very impersonal. We ordered a cheese dip and asked for it all to-go as we were in a time crunch after waiting so long. We paid and she walked off without the cheese dip. We then waited to the side until she came back from helping another customer. After asking for the cheese dip, she snapped and started checking out the customer without caring that we had not been completely taken care of or offering to ring one in. We silently left and will not return to this location.
