When I first arrive Jackie was standing at the door with a beautiful smile and that just made day. Jackie was so friendly and nice to us she really made my day. Her customer service was super super friendly and I will be back soon. When we was able to enter she help me tremendously cause this was my first time purchasing there and she gave me a lot of important information on purchasing my bracelet and how to keep them up. The sales team in August mall was great Holly helped me. The only issue is that didn't have a charm I needed in stock.
