They wouldn’t exchange my brand new bracelet that my husband ordered me so we were forced to keep it, I didn’t open it because I knew it was gonna be too small but the associate opened it anyways and made me try it on so I decided to keep it even though it is very tight fitting because who would buy it now after it was opened… my husband felt bad and felt obligated to buy me another bracelet that was not small but I felt bad so I just had him get another charm since he only bought me one charm when he ordered the bracelet for Mothers Day with the other stuff he ordered for his mom… he said he will get me another bracelet one day that’s a medium not a small so it will fit better but I am not sure when that will be, for now I can only put like 3-5 charms on this small One because it’s so tight fitting…

Overall, my experience was good. There was a little confusion when it came to the Disney 100 bracelet box and how to obtain the box since I had ordered my bracelet online and didn’t purchase in store. After a few moments the associates were able to determine I had to call corporate to have them send me a box since I didn’t make the purchase in store.

Had a hard time getting. help. When I told the salesclerk my budget, she rolled her eyes and told me maybes I should come the next day for a sale. I got what I needed and left.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. She seem to not be willing to help. I had a exchange because I was not happy with my online purchase. Her attitude did change only when I decided to purchase another charm in store.

The service was excellent. Our only problem is with the sizing of my bracelet. I can only fit one finger and my daughter suggests I should get one slightly larger for more charms as this may be too tight although I have such an unusual small wrist.

I was satisfied, but not highly of it. And the reason I say that, is because they didn’t greet me as if I had no money for real. I really didn’t feel satisfied until after and yes im African American
